Yes. Sign in and start a free 14-day Starter trial. No card is needed, and it ends on its own without charging you. If you pay during the trial, your paid year starts when the trial ends, so you don't lose any trial days. The trial covers the project tools: budget, cost forecast, team, diary, supervision and more projects. Downloads and exports, and saving AI-designed plans, start with a paid plan.
A floor plan the AI Design Agent designs for your brief uses 20 credits, charged only when a design passes our building-code checks; a template layout uses 10 and an edit uses 5. Free accounts get 30 credits once to try it; Starter gets 100 and Pro gets 500 for each paid year. Unused credits don't carry over. Drawing and editing floor plans yourself is unlimited on every plan.
The free plan keeps up to 3 projects fully usable. If you have more (for example after a trial ends), the others become read-only: nothing is deleted, you choose which 3 stay active, and upgrading unlocks them all again.
