Payment Information: For paid plans (Starter & Professional), payment processing is handled securely by Paystack. We never store credit card details on our servers.
Subscription Data: We store your subscription plan, status, and billing cycle
Payment History: Transaction references and payment confirmations

Credit card numbers (handled by Paystack)
Physical addresses or GPS location tracking
Phone numbers (unless you voluntarily add them to projects)

Data Retention
We retain your project data as long as your account is active. You can delete your projects or account at any time by contacting us.
Cost Estimator usage patterns may be retained for up to 18 months for estimator improvement, then deleted or summarized where practical.

No third-party tracking cookies are used. Cost Estimator usage analytics use first-party local storage only, are for improving the service, and are not used to sell your personal data. Our service is free and ad-free.

Our service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
