Yes. After you upload, we read your plan for free: how many floors, bedrooms and bathrooms we found, whether we can redraw your own layout, how many doors and windows we read, and a rough cost range from the room counts. You pay only if you want the redrawn, editable plan. You get 3 free checks a day.
Close, but not exactly. We read each floor's rooms and their dimensions from your drawing and redraw the same layout, so sizes and positions are close but can be off by a little — you can correct anything in the chat. Rooms are kept as drawn: anything below Ghana Building Code minimums is flagged in the compliance report rather than quietly changed. If the layout can't be read clearly (a blurry photo, for example), we design a new code-compliant plan with the same rooms instead, and tell you that's what happened.
A photo (JPEG, PNG, or WebP) or a PDF of your floor plan. PDFs are read page by page in your browser — we automatically find the floor plan pages among any elevations, sections, or title pages.
Checking your plan is free. Unlocking the redrawn plan is a flat one-time fee of GHS 100 per upload.

Your redrawn plan keeps the rooms you drew. In the chat you can resize, move or rename them. If you want different rooms — another bedroom, a study — Kwame can make a new design with them instead: it keeps your rooms on the same sides of the house where it can, puts the new ones where they fit, and works out every room's size again to the building code. It replaces your uploaded layout; nothing is charged unless you accept it.
Yes. In the AI design chat, Kwame asks a few quick questions — who will live in the house, your plot and which side the road is on — then designs a floor plan for your brief, with every room checked against Ghana Building Code. You can change it in the chat afterwards.
