Will my plan be redrawn exactly the way it looks in my original drawing?

No — GhanaHousePlanner reads your plan's room program (bedroom/bathroom count, storeys, room list, layout style) and rebuilds it as a new, Ghana Building Code-compliant plan with the same rooms. It won't be pixel-identical to your original, and room sizes may change slightly where your original doesn't meet code minimums.

What file formats can I upload?

A photo (JPEG, PNG, or WebP) or a PDF of your floor plan. PDFs are read page by page in your browser — we automatically find the floor plan pages among any elevations, sections, or title pages.

How much does it cost?

A flat one-time fee of GHS 100 per upload.

What if the reading isn't quite right?

You land in the same AI design chat used for every GhanaHousePlanner project, with your plan already generated — correct anything that was misread there before saving, exactly like refining an AI-generated design.
